Milestone pages are the stable citation surface for claims that have repository history, automated QEMU acceptance, and physical artifacts. The current branch boundary is tracked on the status page and in the roadmap; milestone pages remain dated evidence records.
Two physical cold-boot runs reached the final Phase 10 storage backend panel on the disposable O2 Micro 1217:8620 target. The physical evidence-terminal capture shows five pages with count 00000139 (hexadecimal = 313 decimal markers), zero dropped markers, and CRC 176F4C6E. The evidence-terminal implementation and QEMU acceptance harness are present on main.
main is stopped at Phase 13 -> Phase 13.5. ADR 0073 records the local package lifecycle and schema extensibility ABI, and PYTHOS:CORE:PHASE_13_COMPLETE records the final independent-package proof.
